A very large room for rent, kingsize bed, blanket box, large ornate mirror, dressing table and further mirror, bedside tables with small drawer. Small wall mounted TV and a small clothes rail.

Cream carpets, white fitted shutters it really is a lovely room.

The bathroom has been recently refurbished with roll top bath, basin and vanity unit with black taps and large shower with white tiled floor and black towel radiator. This would be shared with myself and a visting daughter when she visits on the odd occasion (she has moved out)

The kitchen and dining area and all utensils would be shared, the living room I would like to keep as my space however if I am out or away on holiday (I do tend to travel a fair bit and stay over at my partners) then you would then be welcome to use the living room.

Lovely enclosed garden to use and parking is available.

I would like a single professional female non smoker to share with. My daughter may visit and stay on the odd occasion in the bedroom downstairs in the property when she is here.

The property is just off of Potter Street and within easy walking distance to Church Langley and Tesco and aprox 30 minute walk to Newhall. However you will avoid all the traffic of trying to get out of C. Langley in the mornings being where we are and within easy reach of Epping and the M11 from the houses location.
There is now also a direct bus route to Stansted Airport from Harlow also.
