Double Room in 2 bed house

Double Room available in 2 bedroom house shared with live in landlord. Room is furnished with double bed, dressing table and built in wardrobe. Rest of house is shared with myself including shower room, living room, dining room, kitchen and garden.

Off street parking available, less than 10 minutes drive to Kelvedon train station which gets to London Liverpool Street in 50 minutes. Coggeshall has a range of pubs, cafes, restaurant local shops and a co-op all in a 10 minute walk

Friendly dog in the house, must be happy being alone with the dog if I am at work.

Housemates under 40 preffered. Short term lets preferred as house is currently listed for sale so I can't guarantee how long the room will be available.

All bills included, no WiFi but house gets strong 5G phone signal which I use for watching movies.
