A lovely, large room with its own ensuite shower room at £725 per month. Available to move-in from Friday 26th June. This room also has direct access onto the garden!

It's just £125 to reserve this lovely room, which secures the room for 7 days whilst we complete our simple referencing process. This goes towards your £300 security deposit prior to move in, along with your first month's rent.

We're looking for predominantly working tenants who are looking for a quiet, clean and modern place to call home. For your benefit and ours, we reference and credit check all prospective tenants.

Unfortunately, we can't take couples, those not in work without a homeowner financial guarantor, or those wishing to have children stay.
