A lovely modern 2 bedroom house situated 10 minutes walk from Colchester town station and a 5 minute walk from the local shop. This is a beautiful calm peaceful home where you will be able to settle in easily and feel comfortable and welcome.

There is a nice garden to enjoy the outdoors with seating. Driveway parking is also available. It is a double bedroom I have available which is clean and modern with suitable storage. I am looking for someone who will keep the place clean and treat it respectfully as it is a lovely home and is perfect for someone who is looking for a quiet relaxing place to live. You will be house sharing with one other so also someone who is easy to get on with.
