Cosy, comfortable room in a beautiful apartment.

I moved to Colchester 6 years ago and since then I have been so lucky to share my apartment with so many amazing people. Looking for a new housemate to share this tranquil home.

The apartment Is still as new as when I moved in. It’s clean spacious and very clean. Large living area, balcony that looks out to a green area and very close to main networks and routes. Ample parking off road and availability for guests.

Summer time is a treat as it backs onto a green area. That is always well maintained and beautiful on hot summer days. BBQ and laying out in the sun are always a treat.

The bedroom is spacious with a very large comfortable bed, and a seperate bathroom.

Built in wardrobes and ample storage. Very cosy and tranquil.

I am a professional individual and very career focused. I am out of the house a considerable amount of the time.

I am seeking someone that is extroverted, and would like to chat over a coffee or just how’s your day been. This is a shared apartment, feel free to make ample use of all the facilities and make yourself at home.

This is strictly solo occupancy, however friends/family/partners welcome to come over. Just understandably not the normal routine of that person always being present.

I love outdoors, gym (guest passes available) monthly. Very close to pubs, bowling and loads of great eateries.
