Must be pet friendly ( A dog and cat already live here)
No Security deposit but two months rent up front paid on moving in day
Beautiful modern mediterranean style shower room
Parking permit available at £70 per annum
Furnishings include double bed, mattress (duvet and pillow can also be provided if necessary but not sheets), rail with shelf, bedside table, fridge, electric radiator controlled in room.
Double oven range cooker so no issues cooking different meals at same time however I will sometimes offer dinner
Easy-going chill household but I will not tolerate discrimination or intolerance of any kind
