Tenant to supply own mattress.

Rent includes weekly cleaning of communal areas, council tax, broadband, gas central heating and water rates. Each bedsit has individual electric meters for tenants to purchase electric.  

Room 2 is a self contained flat with own bathroom/shower as well as kitchen and bedroom. Room 2 can be occupied by 2 people as per our license terms.
