Female flatmate wanted

Female Flatmate Wanted – Calm, Friendly & family oriented Home

Female Room Available – £650 per Month – Colchester

A furnished room is available in my 2-bedroom home in Colchester.

I’m a divorced father living with my children. I’m a calm, polite, down-to-earth and respectful person. I’m a non-smoker and non-drinker, and I like to maintain a clean, peaceful and family-friendly home.

I’m looking for a female lodger/flatmate who is respectful, clean, responsible and considerate of a family environment.

Rent: £650 per month, with bills included

The room would be particularly suitable for someone who works regular daytime hours, such as 9am–5pm, or works from home or uni students and is comfortable with a quiet family household.

You would have your own private bedroom, with shared use of the kitchen, bathroom and other communal areas.

Location: Colchester
Rent: £650/month
Room: Furnished private bedroom
