Double room in a beautiful house

Double room available with occasional shared main bathroom. The furniture in the photo may be slightly different. The wardrobes will stay and there will be a double bed and side table, am happy to discuss if anything else is required
I am a paramedic so work different shifts and can be sleeping during the day.
Lovely garden area available to use, kitchen, dining and lounge area shared. Looking for a tenant that is respectful, keeps things clean and tidy but likes a good chat at the end of the day.
