- About 10 minutes’ walk to a large Tesco

- Regular buses into the city centre.
- University of Essex less than 2 miles away. A 5 minute car journey.

Everyone’s commute is different, so do check the postcode against the places you’ll be travelling to.

The household

The house is quiet and settled. Current housemates are a mix of working people and postgraduate students. It’s a non-smoking property.

Tenancy details

- Rolling periodic tenancy
- One month’s rent payable in advance on signing
- We’ll ask for a previous landlord or agent reference, carry out an affordability check and complete a Right to Rent check
- Pet requests are considered individually, taking into account the shared nature of the house and the other housemates
