This fantastic room is furnished with a stylish, solid wooden double bed, high quality mattress (for a great night's sleep!), with generous storage provided by a bedside table, chest of drawer unit and triple wardrobe so you'll have plenty for all your clothes. You have an aerial point to connect your own TV if you so desire. The room also has a built-in desk and chair. The ensuite has a powerful overhead shower, heated towel rail.

We charge just £125 to reserve this lovely room for 7 days while referencing checks are carried out. This goes towards your £300 security deposit prior to move in along with your first month's rent.

We're looking for working tenants who want a quiet, clean and modern place to call home. For your benefit and ours, we reference and credit check all prospective tenants.

Unfortunately, we can't take couples, pets, students without a homeowner guarantor or those wishing to have children stay.
