Location is great as you can walk to almost anywhere from here.
Our house is walking distance to the Essex University (around 25 min walk), town centre (10/15 min), bus stops, shops, castle park. This is a lovely part of town and very popular area.
The rent is including all the bills, wifi.
We are looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful to us.
