This lovely early-Georgian house has loads of character and has been extensively refurbished and redecorated. There is a large garden with a sunny terrace, and a large bright kitchen. It's in the middle of the town centre, but tucked away in a private, leafy courtyard behind electric gates. It's five minutes walk to the town station, thirty seconds to shops, restaurants, bars etc. The perfect balance of peaceful and accessible.

The bedroom is a very large and comfortable double, with two south-facing windows. The bathroom has a very nice powerful shower, which you'd have sole use of. The kitchen on the ground floor is shared, and well equipped. You would have your own dedicated food cupboard and space in fridge and freezer.

We are live-in landlords with two friendly dogs, and there will also be one other lodger. Rent includes wireless broadband, a weekly cleaner and all other bills. Deposit equal to one month's rent.

This room is for single occupancy only (no couples) and there's no parking available. We are looking for a tidy, well-balanced, respectful, non-smoking professional person or mature student.
