Low rent in exchange for help

A 66 year old lady, with varied interest, and artistic likes. Is seeking a very special lady. To live in a comfortable modern 5 Bed detached home. I do not need any care, but I do suffer occasional bouts of illness, that might require some temporary support. I am looking for someone who will sleep in the house at night, and give general help, that comes from sharing a home. This is a long term position, and suited to someone who could commit to this. A non smoker essential please, and no pets. My house is 15mins by car from Colchester town. And on the bus routes. I would be looking for some one who is able to drive. Rent negotiable.
