Spacious Furnished Room for Female Student

Room available for a female student. Preference is due to sharing the home with a female live-in landlord. Double room available in my family home while my son is away at university.
The house is located in a quiet village, offering a peaceful environment that's ideal for studying, with regular bus links providing easy access to the university.
I am looking for a responsible and independent university student who: is clean, tidy, and respectful of their surroundings.
Is able to cook for themselves
Manages their own laundry and day-to-day living
Is considerate and happy living in a family home
I would ideally prefer someone looking for short-term accommodation of a few months rather than a long-term let but we can discuss this.
