Bright cosy home, minutes from the Central Line.

Hi, we are currently two whimsical queer house mates, looking for a third housemate to enjoy a double bedroom-with-a-view (furnished or unfurnished), in our 2 storey, 3bed, 1bath - with garden - semi-detached house, in Epping (northeast end of the Central Line). We each do a mix of working from home or out in London every week and we're frequently out or away for at least part of each weekend.

The 8 minute walk to Epping underground station and 6 minute walk to the high street / Tesco Superstore are super convenient. Unfortunately, the property is not the most accessible as it's on a hill - but get in touch and we can discuss any accessibility and inclusion needs. Plenty of forest and countryside walks all around us, come and join before the last of the autumn leaves fall!

Room available furnished or unfurnished, happy to discuss. Communal kitchen diner (with brand new: 5 hob double oven with separate grill, dishwasher, and 8kg washing machine, plus near-new microwave, electric kettle and toaster), opens onto large
patio with outdoor table and stools. Large living room has cosy seating for all, including a pup, if you're a dog parent! Plus, facility for occasional overnight stays of family and friends, by agreement.

We currently need 3 people, each paying £1000pcm all in to keep the place going and though the landlord will put the rent up slightly in October, this should still cover things for the next year. Plan is to negotiate a new rental contract with landlord which suits us all.
