Bright cosy home, minutes from the Central Line.

Hi, we are currently two creative house mates and a regal little pug dog, looking for a third housemate to enjoy the largest room in our 2 storey, 3bed, 1bath - with garden - semi-detached house in Epping (northeast end of the Central Line). We each do a mix of working from home or out in London every week and we're frequently out or away for at least part of each weekend.

The 8 minute walk to Epping underground station and 6 minute walk to the high street / Tesco Superstore are super convenient. Unfortunately, the property is not the most accessible but get in touch and we can discuss any accessibility and inclusion needs. Plenty of forest and countryside walks all around us, come and join before the last of the autumn leaves fall!

Room available furnished or unfurnished, happy to discuss. Communal kitchen diner (with brand new: 5 hob double oven with separate grill, dishwasher, and 8kg washing machine, plus near new microwave and electric kettle), opens onto large
patio with outdoor table and stools. Large living room has cosy seating for all, including the pup! Plus facility for occasional overnight stays of family and friends, by agreement.

Bills will be around £150-195max pcm each, hopefully.

Bonus points if you have a good strong vacuum cleaner, as that's what we're currently missing!
