2 furnished rooms to let(preferable to relatives)

I prefer to rent both rooms to 2 people like:
- mother-son/daughter,
- dad-son/daughter,
- 2 siblings or
- 2 friends
- 1 couple
In this way will never be problems between the two of you. I mostly prefer females, but can consider males, depending on few factors.

Rooms are not yet prepared, they will be refurbished.
Both Rooms will be furnished with a bed and a wardrobe in a fully furnished property with great connections nearby:

*Easy access to all town amenities in a walking distance;
*5 min walk to town centre/Grays shopping centre which includes: libraries, MORRISONS, Aldi, B&M, Iceland, Poundland, phone repairs, many off licences/corner shops, pizza, take aways nearby and week-end street market on Grays city centre;
*6 mins walk to Grays train station with connection to Tower Bridge(38 min), Zone 1 in London;
* 30 min train to West Ham;
* 39 min to Canary Wharf;
* 10 mins drive to Tesco extra/Asda/Lidl, Lakeside shopping centre/Amazon warehouse;
*20 mins walk to River Thames, Grays beach park;

Shared House fitted with:
* 2 Large fridge freezers, 2 Electric Ovens, Gas cooker, Microwave, Washing machine, Dryer, Broadband internet, Central heating;
* Shared dining room
* Big shared garden;
* Resident Parking on the road;
* Very quiet location;
* Key locked doors available on all bedrooms in the house;

Ideal for a clean, quiet, tidy, trustworthy professionals, NOT a party house. If you appreciate a quiet house, this is yours. Of course once in a while you can have a barbecue in the garden or celebrate important days. But I usually prefer chilled people

Before you see the house I will need to have a video call with you.

The rent will come with signed contract by both parties which will be handled for reading, when viewing is booked.
