Comfortable double in quiet cul de sac

I'm looking for a professional, ideally with a sense of humour! I'm pretty chilled and easy going, as long as you treat my home with respect.

The room is a comfortable double with plenty of clothes storage. The bathroom, kitchen and lounge are shared (with me). I don't expect you to be stuck in your room, treat the house as your home.

I work from home as a commercial copywriter and book editor, so I have an office in a downstairs extension. That means the WiFi is reliable.

Council tax band C

There is street parking in the cul de sac with no restrictions or permits needed. There is a small garden and we have good neighbours.
