Hi, i have a beautiful, double bedroom in a semi-rural three bedroom detached home equipt with a fibre Internet connection.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with wall lamps, and a full length wardrobe. If you require other furnishings added, I would be happy to consider this and add it in, just let me know.

Dimensions of the bedroom are 5.1m x 2.325m (16' 9" x 7' 8").

I am a live in professional landlord looking for a single female professional tenant to rent long-term, who is also quiet and respectful and tidy.

My home consists of a living room with a sofa and flatscreen tv, a fully equipt kitchen with breakfast bar, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, dryer, airfryer, and a big enclosed south facing back garden for those sun worshipers, dedicated parking space opposite the house and the house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac.

I also have a 5 year old bengal cat who is also very quiet unless he wants to go out or is asking for treats. He doesn't eat human food (I know!) So, you dont have to worry about your food being stolen.
