Detached house with ample parking and large garden. Large double bedroom with super-king bed - large bathroom with sole use. Separate living room can be made available. Broadband (wifi), no TV package - only freeview. Substantial kitchen with two double ovens, micro wave etc. Separate utility room. Looking for a mature person; must be easy going as friends do visit and stay occasionally. Friendly environment. House extended and refitted. Must like dogs as I have an active 5 year old beagle. I now also travel for work (occasionally) so I would hope the person would look after my dog while I am away - in exchange for looking after the dog a very reasonable pro rate reduction in rent will be given.
