This is a single room in a friendly, peaceful household where there are currently two ladies and two gentlemen. I typically look for a female tenant to retain the gentile balance of the household but the right type of guy would be considered.

Employment status and credit check will be required and your deposit will be held in the government protected scheme, as is legally required.

Deposit and a month’s rent in advance due on move-in day. Rent to be paid monthly by Standing Order.

Considerate long-term landlord and good relations between tenants, many of whom are long-term.
