Beautiful town house in exclusive private area

This is so much more than just a room as the property is beautiful and in a perfect location for shops, walks, night life and the train station.
This is a large house with just me and my girlfriend living here, we are willing to take in one person. We have two kitchens, a garden, a drive and plenty of space.
Your bathroom is only shared if we have guests stay and the bedroom is on its own floor., lodgers will have their own kitchen too.
I will not accept anyone for the sake of it so please do not expect it to be a given that if you want the room we will let it to you. When you visit you will meet me and my partner, if our interests and work schedules are compatible then I will welcome you in.
My partner works 9-5 I am professional actor and also in the construction industry, we need someone we can absolutely trust to live here that is clean and tidy and will keep on top of the cleaning of their kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
