The house is currently occupied by working, clean, tidy people. So I am looking for a tenant of a similar character. There is a downstairs WC and 1st floor bathroom which has also been recently refurbished along with the kitchen.

There is first come first serve parking along the side of the house which caters up to 10 cars. There’s also easy links to public transport to the town centre.
