Large spacious room for rent with private shower. We are a small family in a big house and up for rent is our recently renovated large room which comes with its own private shower and is fully furnished. The room is large and bright and has plenty of storage space . All bills are includes including high speed Wifi. The room is on the ground floor of a Town house and we live on the 1st and 2nd floor, good privacy and space.

There is free parking for 1 car. We are 12 min walk to town centre and hospital. Bus stops are 5min walk away and there is a cafe, shop barber and 2 takeaways 5 mins walk away open till late
