This is a large Townhouse with seperated floors- we are renting our recently renovated large room on ground floor which comes with its own private cooking facility/fridge freezer and is fully furnished with Double bed. The room is large and bright and has plenty of storage space . All bills are included with Wifi. The room is one of two bedrooms on the ground floor of a Town house. Room 2 will be occupied by another female- Therefore this room is for female occupants . The 2 rooms are seperated from the main house where the landlord and their family live. You will only share the Wc and shower with room 2.

There is free parking for 1 car. We are 12 min walk to town centre and hospital. Bus stops are 5 mins walk away and there is a cafe, butcher shop barber and 2 takeaways within 5 mins walk away open till late. The house is in a quiete cul de sac with green space nearby by. Ideal location if you work in the hospital or in town. We ensure all out lodgers are comfertable and always strive to solve any issues immediatly to ensure they feel at home.

Rent- £187.50 per week paid every 4 weeks ( £750 every 28 days.)
