Looking for one person to share my 3 bed house (3rd bedroom used as office).
Room (fully furnished) includes:
Double bed and bedding (if required)
2 door/3 drawer wardrobe
Bedside table
Access to the rest of the house and garden.
Space in garage can be arranged if needed (for bike etc.)
Bills included:
Water / gas / electric / TV licence / broadband / council tax
House is in a great location to drive to Epping as straight down the back roads to avoid traffic. Bus stop/corner shop/kebab also within 2 min walk if needed.
I work in London 2/3 days per week, also will have friends round occasionally, so ideally looking for someone who is easy going and social.
