I am looking for a full time male or female to rent out my large double bedroom. Must have a full time job. Bedroom has large wardrobe included & drawers. I can fully furnish it with a bed and mattress unless you have your own - please confirm. The room size is approximately 14 sqm. Shared bathroom & kitchen, also downstairs toilet. Separate living room to yourself. Can be furnished with small sofa and TV unless you have your own - please confirm. Large garden area and driveway parking for 3 cars.
WiFi available, smoking in garden only.
5-10 minute walk to Harlow mill train station. Same distance to Old Harlow high street.
I have a puppy so must be comfortable around dogs.
Must be respectable and clean & tidy.
