There is also a vanity unit with a basin.

I do not supply mattresses although there is a mattress in the room but it is not new so you may wish to get your own.

The house has fibre super fast broadband. Rent includes council tax, gas, electric, water rates, tv licence and wireless broadband. The house has bus routes close by. The rooms are all lockable .

I require one months rent in advance plus the deposit to move in.
