Room 1
The room has an Ensuite shower (no toilet). There is a double bed , a wardrobe, a small fridge freezer, a large chest of drawers and a bed side chest. There is a new mattress but if you require a specific type you will have to supply your own.

Room 2
The room has a double bed , a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a small fridge freezer. I do not supply mattresses although there is a mattress in the room but it is not new so you may wish to get your own.

Room 3
The room has a single bed, a small fridge freezer, a built in wardrobe, a tall chest of drawers and a bed side chest. er. I do not supply mattresses although there is a mattress in the room but it is not new so you may wish to get your own.

The house has fibre super fast broadband. Rent includes council tax, gas, electric, water rates, tv licence and wireless broadband. The house has bus routes close by. The rooms are lockable and have a tv point.

I require one months rent in advance plus the deposit to move in.
