The room has a double bed , a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bed side cabinet. There is also a large storage cupboard in the room . I do not supply mattresses although there is a mattress in the room it is not new and you may wish to get your own.
The house has fibre super fast broadband. Rent includes council tax, gas, electric, water rates, tv licence and wireless broadband. The house has bus routes close by. The rooms are lockable and have a tv point. I do not take a deposit but I require one months rent in advance to move in. There is a 6 month min contract.
