The main property is a 650 year old timber clad house with a self contained annex split over 2 floors. The annex is part of an extension built 12 years ago and is positioned at the back of the property. It has its own entrance with a kitchen area adjacent. As you arrive at the top of the stairs there is a shower room to your left and the main living space/bedroom to the right. The main living space/bedroom has a fold up table/desk with 2 fold up chairs, along with a sofa, TV and Freeview. There is also a double bed and wardrobe.

The annex can be let as a serviced let- price would need to be discussed depending on service required.

The annex is at the back of the property, so secluded and private.

As a family we are busy professionals (teacher and project manager in temporary structures). We enjoy the outdoors; mountain biking, climbing and paddleboarding. We are environment aware making conscious decisions to be as environmentally considerate as we can.
