Double room in quiet building

Double bedroom in a quiet and clean open plan apartment. Shared areas to include bathroom and kitchen only.

I am looking for short term tenancy between 1-3 months to start.

My preferred tenant will be week day only and rent will be £450pm for week day tenant. However, I am also open to all week for the right person @ £575pm, consideration must be given to use of utilities. Over use might attract additional cost.

I work from home, so Ideally you don't/will not work from home to avoid noise and interruptions during my work hours.

Cleaning of shared areas is split weekly and it is important that you are clean, tidy and respectful of the environment at all times.

No couples or visitors allowed.
