Im advertising a very bright relaxing space/Bedroom.
In a chilled homely environment.
The Room can be furnished or unfurnished if needed.
Offering any one the option to complete privacy.
Or freedom in shared spaces.
Being 5 min walk from
Leigh Broadway and 10 minutes to the main train lines also major bus routes and supermarkets on the doorstep.
I have no reference to who lives with me as long as there happy.
Clean respectable like minded outgoing professional person or persons.
Id like them to make them self feel at home.
There is a nice clean kitchen with all needed.
A large clean bathroom with shower/Bath.
A Freindly cleaner comes once a week.
There is a big Front room to share but the room to rent is very large if you need your own space.
Kitchen space also includes own fridge freezer. There is a washer and drying space. Gas central heating with room thermostat.
Im a easy going minimalistic person .Living a stress free life.
There is currently a lovely young cupple staying short term.
Id prefer some one to settle in and make them self at home.
