There are two showers/bathrooms, one on each floor. There is a large fully equipped kitchen/living area with all mod con including air fryer, washing machine and tumble drier.

Access to communal garden with seating area, perfect for relaxation after work.

All bills are included (fair usage policy applies) plus ultra fast broadband, up-to 70Mbs.

The communal areas are cleaned weekly and a seasonal gardener.
