Double room available for female professional

I am a female, live in landlord looking for a kind, clean, respectful professional to rent a double bedroom.

I have two children who will visit and/or occasionally stay overnight, and I work from home three days a week. I’m looking for someone who values a peaceful, friendly home environment, respects each other’s privacy and is happy to enjoy their own space.

A few important things I’m looking for:
A good sense of humour: Someone who enjoys a laugh and has a positive outlook.
A sensible approach to alcohol.
Clean and considerate: Someone who cleans up after themselves daily, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. Someone who is comfortable in their own company and doesn’t need lots of social interaction, while still being friendly and considerate.
No parties: I want to maintain a calm and peaceful home.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of:

Harlow Town railway station – approximately 10 minutes
Harlow town centre – approximately 12 minutes
Harlow Town Park – approximately 7 minutes
Sainsbury’s – approximately 8 minutes

Some bills are included in the rent. However, this does not mean that water, gas or electricity usage is unlimited. Excessive or unreasonable usage may incur an additional charge, particularly where consumption is significantly higher than expected.
