Double Furnished Room

I am renting a double room in my house in Loughton.

The room is fully furnished.

I am looking for someone who is easy going but will respect my property i. e must contribute to cleaning (or is happy to arrange a cleaner), doesn’t cause damages and respects my neighbours.

Kitchen items such as plates, cutlery, pots and pans - NOT INCLUDED

I have a 2 year old cat who is very friendly and pretty cute. He will not cause you trouble, just might want to sit on your lap or play!

Usually after work in the evenings are best / weekend.
