I am renting a double room in my home in Loughton. This is a lovely 3 bed, south facing room, and is warm in the winter. The garden is nice with seating and plenty of space. Neighbours are lovely and the area is very quiet and loads of nature!
This house is perfect for a mature person looking for a lovely home rather than a rented house share feeling!
Sorry no couples. Mature people with experience taking care of a Home (i. e. keeping clean), sorry if this is your first time renting this house is not suitable. Mature professionals only.
The room is fully furnished.
I am looking for someone who is easy going but will respect my home i. e must clean up after themselves, use common sense and have good hygiene , doesn’t cause damages and respects my neighbours.
Kitchen items such as plates, cutlery, pots and pans - NOT INCLUDED not available to borrow
I have a 3 year old cat who is very friendly and pretty cute. He will not cause you trouble, just might want to sit on your lap or play!
