🌿 About the home

I'm a live-in landlord and share the house with my 6-year-old child and our cat.

It's a quiet, clean and respectful family home rather than a busy or social house share. We're friendly and happy to have a chat, but everyone has their own space and I appreciate someone who enjoys a peaceful home environment.

I'm ideally looking for a working professional who is tidy, considerate and looking for somewhere comfortable and settled to live.

House rules

As this is our family home, I'm looking for someone who is respectful of the household and shared spaces.

Unfortunately, I can't accommodate parties, guests or overnight visitors.

I'm also unable to accommodate additional pets, as we already have a cat.
