Double room + en suite, Loughton – quiet home

A bright double bedroom with its own en suite is available in my home in Loughton. I'm a live-in landlord and I share the house with my 6-year-old child and cat, so I'm looking for someone who is comfortable living in a family home with a young child.

This is a quiet, private household rather than a social one. The ideal flatmate is a working professional who is out during the day, keeps to themselves, and is happy with a friendly hello in passing but mostly enjoys their own space. You'll have your room and private bathroom to retreat to, and you're welcome to use the shared areas.

House rules: no guests or overnight stays, please, as this is a family home. I'm after someone respectful, tidy and considerate who is looking for a settled place to live.
