Friendly lovely household seeks new Lodger

I have a lovely 4 bedroom house in Loughton, surrounded by Forest, in a private, gated estate. 15 mins walk to Loughton or Buckhurst Hill Station (bus stop outside estate).
I have one en-suite double room available. Newly decorated and fully furnished with parking broadband, sky tv and lots of wardrobe space.
The other is a beautiful newly decorated and furnished double room.
I am looking for an independent and busy working professional who does not work from home. I currently have 2 female lodgers who share my lovely home. We are very quiet and respectful of each other.
Age required: 18-45 female preferred.
