Hello!

I have two rooms available from October in my four bedroom home:

• spacious double room (see video, and third from last photo)
• smaller double room (see final photos)

It’s a beautiful old character property dating back to the 1600’s complete with period features and tons of charm.


**Quay Street location**
My home is on Quay street, opposite the little beach, next to the Crown terrace, right on the river Stour. Manningtree High Street’s cafes, pubs & and independent shops (Manningtree Arts is great!) are just a two minute walk away.

Manningtree train station is a 20 min walk for trips / commuting to London or hopping on the train to Ipswich, Colchester or Norwich.

Manningtree, England’s smallest town is nestled within an AONB and was voted Sunday Times ‘Best Place to Live’ 2019

**The two bedrooms available**

One bedroom is a spacious double, with views over the river Stour, with double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There’s a sort of ‘entrance room’ into the bedroom (see video), so it’s very spacious.

The other bedroom is a smaller double bedroom, with a double bed (with under bed storage), wardrobe, shelves and drawers.

You’ll be sharing with Charles (50s) who is away a lot, and whoever rents the other available bedroom.

**About me**

I am a respite foster carer, although I am taking time out at the moment. Before becoming a foster carer, I worked for start ups in London. I love playing tennis, travelling and meeting up with friends and family. I am mostly away at my partner’s, so only home the odd night each month.

**Airbnb Annex Downstairs**
Downstairs there is a separate annex which I rent out on Air BnB to holiday makers, so the garden is shared with AirBnB guests too.

You’ll have access to your bedroom, the living room, kitchen, dining room, shared bathroom and garden (please note the garden is shared with Airbnb guests)

With a host of restaurants and shops, as well as cosy pubs, you‘re a stone’s throw from everything you need whilst having the countryside right on your doorstep.

**Bills**

Bills are not included, these are typically between £120 - £180 per person, per month, depending on the season etc. This figure covers gas, electricity, internet, council tax, water, and a fortnightly cleaner.
