We are looking for a second FEMALE tenant who would like to live in a large, five-bedroom house in North Fambridge near Maldon and South Woodham Ferrers, Essex. We now have a furnished double room available. Rent includes the free run of the many rooms in the house. No petty rules or restrictions - no smoking and no drugs - free to come and go as you wish.

The household consists of 3-4 people who really are open-minded on almost everything, very laid back, informal and are looking for a similarly minded lady!

We are looking for a lady who will make this her home for the duration more than wanting to live in isolation in her room, although there is plenty of opportunity for privacy when desired.

We are well situated in a rural location, just 8 minutes walk to the railway station, 10 minutes drive to Maldon and South Woodham Ferrers. Just under an hour on the train to London.

We think a likely age would be around 22-35. The only stipulation is that any tenant must be a non-smoker and non drug user.
