Double room in a 3 bed Terraced house, with live in landlord, a working professional with a 10 year old Jack Russell Terrier.
Room is partially furnished, had a double bed, side table and metal clothing rack, it does not have a wardrobe, but u are welcome to bring one and remove on your moving out date. I would consider a working couple and the rent would be a £1000 for the room with bills included.
Room is fitted with window roller blinds.
The house has all the kitchen appliances (washing machine, small fridge just for u, cooker, air fryer, blender etc) and u are welcome to use it. Shared bathroom downstairs.
There is street parking and there is always plenty of space where to park if you owe a car.
I am looking for a reliable, clean, and considerate professional who treats this space like a true home. You are financially stable, always pay rent on time, and proactively keep shared spaces clean and tidy.
I value a peaceful, healthy environment, so this home is best suited for someone who does not drink alcohol excessively or bring the party home.
