Double Room in Rayleigh £570 pcm

Room is a spacious double room with furniture and plenty of storage, including a build in cupboard and storage under the bed. We have two cats. We have a decent size garden, separate living room and kitchen. There's a main bathroom with a shower over the bath as well as an additional downstairs toilet. Roadside parking but no permits needed.

I have had lodgers for over 7 years. My most recent lodger has recently relocated so I am looking for a replacement. Looking for a well balanced flat mate who is relatively clean. Someone who makes an effort to interact but also who respects our home.
