Room is a spacious double room with furniture and plenty to of storage. We have two cats. We have a decent size garden, separate living room and kitchen. There's a main bathroom with a shower over the bath as well as an additional downstairs toilet. I have had lodgers for over 7 years. My most recent lodger is moving out at the end of the month so I am looking for a replacement. Looking for a well balanced flat mate who is relatively clean.
