A very large, comfortable double bedroom is available in my spacious, well appointed detached home in Rochford.
I'm looking for a clean, considerate and respectful person who would enjoy living in this peaceful home. This would suit someone looking for a comfortable long-term home rather than a typical small house-share. The room available is for single occupancy and measures 19ft x 10ft 4". It has a double bed, wardrobe, two chests of drawers, side tables and made to measure blinds. The shared bathroom is next to the bedroom and is large (11ft x 8ft 6") with a shower and separate bath. You will have shared use of the kitchen (15ft 7" x 12ft), dining room (12ft 9" x 12ft) and downstairs toilet. In the kitchen there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and gas hob and a fridge and freezer. There is also a fridge/freezer in the garage. There is a large garden of over 100ft making it a pleasant place to relax in the warmer months. There is room in the garage for a bicycle if required. There are 3 of us living here permanently, being myself, my partner and my son. The house is approximately a 15 minute walk from Rochford town centre and Rochford railway station, making it convenient for local amenities and commuting.
