Freshly decorated room available for single occupancy in a detached house. All these items are new : double bed and mattress, all bedding, carpet, wardrobe, chair, tables and made to measure blinds. There is plenty of storage space and is a good size at over 18ft long. There is also a large garden and patio area which you are welcome to relax in. You will have shared use of the bathroom, dining room, kitchen and cloakroom. There are 3 of us living here permanently plus my son is here some weekends. Only pet we have is a budgie! Our most recent lodger was with us for 14 years! Rochford Town Square is a 15 minute walk away and there are some good country walks and pubs just up the road. I look forward to hearing from you.
