Large room available for single occupancy in a detached house. The room is over 18ft long and has a double bed, wardrobe, two chests of drawers, side tables and made to measure blinds. There is also a large garden and patio area which you are welcome to relax in. You will have shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and downstairs toilet. In the kitchen there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, a microwave, electric oven and gas hob and a fridge and freezer. There is also a fridge/freezer in the garage. There are 3 of us living here permanently. Rochford Town Square is a 15 minute walk away and there are some good country walks and pubs just up the road. The room is available for single occupancy only. No pets and strictly no smoking. The property's Council Tax band is E. I look forward to hearing from you.
