We have a relatively small double room in a beautiful recently renovated house available.
Room is furnished with divan bed, new memory foam mattress, open wardrobe, many drawers and shelves. Extra storage space could be available under the stairs, in the loft or in the shed.
Shared with 2 lovely girls as well as two amazing rescue dogs. Dogs are taken care of by others but housemate needs to like dogs.

The house has 2 bathrooms. One upstairs with bath, downstairs shower. Both have toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you can think of. Shared living room with tv and corner sofa plus desk if anyone needs it.

The house is located at the end of St Andrews Road, 2 minutes walk from Maplin Way, 15 min walk from Thorpe bay station, 7 min from Co-Op and 15 min walk from Lidl.

Females preferred.

All bills included as well as cleaning and toilet roll, hand soap, cleaning products.
