We are looking for a working professional who is looking for a private room in a lovely home close to South Woodham Station.

Room will come with use of shared kitchen space in a family home. We have an 3 year old and a 1 year old so you must be happy sharing with small children

We would consider a couple with the increased rent to £850pcm. All tenants must be working
