I have a double room available in a large clean house for rent. The room available is marked as Room 5 in the attached video.

All bills and internet are included in the rent and the house is located close to shops and in a quiet residential street.

The house is situated on Royston Avenue (SS2) and has a bus route into the city centre if you do not wish to walk (which would take you about 15 mins by walk anyway).

Good quality furniture in each room. Large house with a large garden. Wireless broadband included. 5 min walk to Prittlewell station (trains to Liverpool Street, London), 2 mins walk to shops, 15 mins to High Street & 20 mins to the Pier.

Large Communal space including shared kitchen, a dining room and a chill-out room. A toilet and shower rooms on the ground floor and a family bathroom on first floor are available in the house.

One month's rent to be paid as deposit and one month's rent in advance on first moving in.

References and Credit Checks are essential. Any UC clients or students will need a guarantor to pass our processes.
