Just a 10 minute minute walk to Southend Town Centre giving excellent shopping, night life and entertainment.
Just a 2 minute walk to Southend Seafront, Beach, Amusements and Pier.
Double room comes equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
There is a good sized communal lounge.
All modern furniture throughout.
Large modern bathroom shared with only 2 other housemates with this room.

Plenty of fridge and freezers space to share.
A fully equipped separate drying and ironing room with tumble dryer.
