I have a double room with a super king size bed available to professional, tidy, clean people only. I am fussy about cleanliness, especially in communal areas.
Shared, small modern kitchen with:
1. fridge freezer
2. cutlery, crockery etc
3. ONE small, double shelf food cupboard
4. microwave
5. bed sheets
6. shower room
7. washing machine and dryer (the dryer is for the WINTER months only)
8. kitchen, diner, sitting room in one, with sofa and television for your use. Your bedroom also has an external aerial and broadband
9. garden
...and Pelé, my cat.
Unfortunately there is no off-street parking.
Southend East and Victoria are my nearest stations.
