Double room, "preferably" single female

I am a retired English teacher and I have had tenants from many countries around the world. It's a quiet house simply because we just get on with our individual lives.

I have two double rooms with a super king size bed in one room, available to professional, people only.

Shared:

1. fridge freezer
2. cutlery, crockery etc
3. microwave
4. bed sheets (in room with the super-king size bed)
5. shower room
6. washing machine and dryer (the dryer is for the winter months only)
7. kitchen, diner, sitting room in one, with sofa and television for your use. Your bedroom also has an external aerial and broadband
8. garden, fruit trees (I love gardening!)

This is a Self-Cleaning house! No cleaner provided but a weekly rota agreed. I have had lodgers who claim they are clean and tidy but are unbelievably messy!! If personal and household cleanliness is not one of your strengths please scroll on by.
