The House: The entire house has been newly re-developed.

The house has two shared kitchens for use by all tenants. Both kitchens have a full sized electric fan oven, 4 ring electric hob, washing machine and sink.

The house also has a house Henry hoover for cleaning your studio room, a large shared garden at the rear of the property and bike racks for storing push bikes at the front of the property.

Double Room: The double room is furnished with a double bed and mattress, bedside table and bedside light, clothes storage, artwork and blackout blinds. The room has a small kitchenette with a kitchen sink, fridge with freezer shelf, microwave oven and 2 ring plug in electric hob, as well as a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools for dining or working. The room is £775 per month and is available from 31st March.

The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, tv license etc) and includes Virgin unlimited superfast fibre broadband. There's a a professional cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks and a gardener on an ad hoc basis. The property has Hive installed to keep the house at the perfect temperature all year round. In short, everything is taken care of!

The Tenants: We only accept professional, tidy and respectful tenants.

The Landlords: A family-run business, who don't use letting agents and manage the property themselves, so there are no hidden charges and they are available personally for their tenants if there are any issues.
