The Large DOUBLE room advertised will be available to rent from beginning of MAY onwards. The room is furnished with a bed with a silent night mattress, cupboard and chest of drawers but there is plenty of space for some of your own furniture too.

The house underwent a full internal renovation a couple of years ago, with a new kitchen, bathroom, living room, carpets and bedrooms throughout! There is an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs WC. This home also has a large garden.

I am looking for a nice, genuine professionals or mature students that are looking to live in a home not just a house.

There are TWO shared living room areas with sofa, tv and dining area in addition to a fully equipped kitchen, and utility space including washing machine and dryer.

The rate is inclusive of high speed broadband, water, gas, electricity and council tax.

This home also comes with two very cute little kittens that are currently only 8 months old - they are cuddly and loving and very well behaved. You will not have to interact with the kittens if you do not want to but I am looking for someone that is tolerant of feline friends.
