Double room with garden available for rent

I’m a professional female in my early 30s, working in the legal sector.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me going for a run along the seafront, going camping somewhere up north with mountains or catching up with friends.

I’m looking for a fellow professional woman, ideally in a similar life stage. I’m looking for a housemate who is clean, respectful, and easy-going. I’d love someone who is happy to have a catch-up over a cup of tea or a glass of wine in the evening, but also appreciates and respects the need for personal space and downtime.

The Room:
A spacious double room. The room comes equipped with a small double bed frame, new mattress, a white wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. There is also a sofa bed and lamp in the room for some added comfort. There’s room for a small desk and I’m happy for you to make it your own space.

The Home
You’ll have full access to a shared home designed for comfortable living:
• Lounge: A 3 person sofa and armchair. Fire stick provided, TV licence will be an additional charge for live TV.
• Kitchen/Diner: A fully equipped space for cooking and enjoying meals. 4 person dining table.
• Shower Room: Clean and modern shared facilities.

The Location
It’s a 20 minute walk to Southend East, 25 minutes to Thorpe Bay or there is a bus stop 100m walk with access to town centre.
