I am offering this garden-facing, large double room in a shared house suitable for a single person. No Kids allowed. The room has a double bed with a memory foam mattress, bed Storage, a cupboard, a 3 seater sofa, a chest of drawers, a beautiful ceiling chandelier and a bedside working Table.

Only a friendly, clean, non-smoking and organised person, please. The Ideal person would be a lodger with minimal use of Kitchen (food warming up and occasional cooking is fine )

Available to move in from September, this property offers free on-street parking. The property is offered furnished. Please note, I do not accept someone on DSS and someone with a Kid. The house is shared with my family (live in Landlord)

Summary
Rent £650.00 per month- single person.
The deposit is £650. Gas and electricity bills are not included, which is around £35 per month per person.

Shared House

The minimum stay is 6 months.
The maximum number of tenants is 1. We prefer someone working full-time, or a Full-time student.
