I am offering this garden-facing, large double room in a shared house suitable for a single person. No Kids allowed. The room has a double bed with a memory foam mattress, bed Storage, a cupboard, a 3 seater sofa, a chest of drawers, a beautiful ceiling chandelier and a bedside working Table.

Only a friendly, clean, non-smoking and organised person, please. The Ideal person would be a lodger with minimal use of Kitchen (food warming up and occasional cooking is fine ). We are looking for someone who doesn't mind sharing with an British Asian Family with Kids.

Available to move in from September, this property offers free on-street parking. The property is offered furnished. Please note, I do not accept someone with a Kid. The house is shared with my family (live in Landlord)

Summary
Rent £650.00 per month- single person.
The deposit is £650. Gas and electricity bills are not included, which is around £35 per month per person.

Shared House

The minimum stay is 6 months.
The maximum number of tenants is 1. We prefer someone working full-time, or a Full-time student.
