The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, tv license etc) and includes Virgin unlimited superfast fibre broadband. The Tenants: We only accept professional, tidy and respectful tenants. All 6 rooms are single occupancy, which means a maximum of 6 people will occupy the house at any one time.

The Landlords: A family-run business, we don't use letting agents and manage the property ourselves, so there are no hidden charges and we are available personally for our tenants if there are any issues. We also employ a professional maintenance company who can be contacted 24/7 in the event of an emergency. We ask for 1 months rent upfront and 1 months rent as a deposit, which is registered with the government. There are no other charges.
